Scope of Services
Nexus Digital Studio provides web design, local SEO, Google Business Profile management, social media management, branding, and website maintenance services. Specific deliverables are agreed in writing before work begins.
Payment Terms
Project work typically requires a 50% deposit before kickoff, with the remaining balance due before launch. Monthly services are billed at the start of each cycle and may be cancelled with written notice before the next billing date.
Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable once design or development work has begun. Monthly services can be cancelled anytime for the following cycle; we do not refund partial months.
Ownership
Upon final payment, you own the final website design and content. Underlying frameworks, libraries, and pre-existing tools remain owned by their respective creators.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
